Return Policy
Our terms and conditions on returns are as stated below due to our products being food items.
We want you to enjoy our products at their best and be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We would be happy to listen to your concerns and address them as necessary. Due to the nature of the products, a refund will only be made for those items returned unopened. Therefore I am sure you as a customer would understand the need to have this policy in place.
Shipping Information
Place your order by mid-day Monday to Friday and it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Weekends or on Bank Holidays will be posted on the next working day. Depending on the order and the delivery method used, it should be with you within two working days. All efforts are made to ensure you receive your products to your door at the earliest.
To order multiple cases, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements at the best rate possible. For multiple orders, we would be able to arrange either direct delivery to an address of your choice within the United Kingdom or for you to pick up from our warehouse based in England.
Subject to quantity ordered we use Royal Mail, UPS or TNT Standard delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all off-shore islands). For all other destinations various options are available, please contact us for further details.
**Delivery Guarantee excludes the following postcodes: GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3
